The processing accuracy has been improved; At the same time, the main transmission gearbox was redesigned, the four-hole 16-speed transmission was changed to the two-hole 4-speed structure, the volume compared with the two did not change, the change is to increase the gear module, increase the tooth width factor, improve the contact degree, the gear material is 42CrMo, and on this basis, the transmission shaft and the flow bearing load have been improved accordingly. Integrating the advantages of various aspects, highlighting the machine has a large bearing capacity, impact resistance, anti-friction, stable operation, slow sound is small, long service life, high machining accuracy, especially suitable for train wheel, bridge support and other intermittent cutting, heavy cutting processing.
