1.Suitable for mechanical processing across various industries, capable of performing roughing and finishing operations on internal/external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, arcs, and various rotational surfaces. Customizable with a spindle servo motor and encoder as per customer requirements, enabling thread turning and constant-speed cutting functions.

2.The worktable spindle employs high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering, while the axial section utilizes constant-flow hydrostatic guides, ensuring the worktable exhibits high rotational accuracy, substantial load capacity, and minimal thermal deformation. 3. Large components such as the base, workbench, bed frame, and crossbeam are manufactured from gray cast iron with high strength and excellent durability, and undergo heat aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.

3.The guide surfaces of the bed frame, crossbeam, and sliding pillow are manufactured through quenching, grinding, and manual precision machining, ensuring excellent contact surfaces and high accuracy. The crossbeam features a hydraulic aging locking mechanism with large cutting depth and vibration-free operation.

4.The machine tool's feed system employs an AC servo motor and ball screw transmission, with the crossbeam equipped with a stainless steel enclosed protective cover, enhancing both safety and user comfort.

5.The machine tool's main drive is powered by an AC motor and operates through a four-speed spindle speed regulation mechanism, enabling the worktable to operate across a wide range of rotational speeds.

6.The CNC system can be equipped with either imported or domestically manufactured components depending on user requirements.

8. Standard Configuration: Select either a square sliding pillow or an electric cutting platform. Configuration Options: Semi-enclosed housing with chip cooling system.
