2. High-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings are used in the radial direction of the worktable spindle, high-precision large-scale thrust bearings are used as rolling guides in the axial direction, and cross roller bearings can also be used.

3, the table has the function of indexing, when the C-axis feed transmission, can eliminate the transmission gap of the gear, so that the positioning accuracy of the C-axis can reach positive or negative 5 seconds.

4, the milling head adopts the electric spindle structure, the electric spindle is installed in the lower end of the ram, the water cooling mode, so that the electric spindle can maintain a constant temperature for a long time, to ensure that the milling head running speed is high, the noise is small, the torque is large, the stability is good.

5, using Siemens 840Dsl system: the machine tool can be optional automatic tool library. The machine is equipped with independent hydraulic station and refrigerator.

7, the column guideway surface adopts high-frequency quenching, hardness HRC48-55 degrees.
