3. The base, workbench, bed body, beams and other large parts are made of gray cast iron with high strength and good wear resistance and processed to eliminate internal stress and not deform.

4. The guide rail surfaces of the bed body, beams, rams, etc. are quenched, ground, and ground manually, resulting in good contact surfaces and high precision. The crossbeam is hydraulically locked, allowing for a large cutting capacity without trembling.

5. The feed of the machine tool adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive, and the cross beam is equipped with a stainless steel closed guard, which increases the safety and pleasantness of the machine tool.

6. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by an AC motor and uses a 16-stage spindle speed change mechanism to realize the speed range of the worktable.

7. The CNC system can be equipped with imported or domestic configurations according to user needs.

8. Standard configuration: Choose one of square ram and pentagonal knife table. Optional configuration: semi-enclosed shell of electric knife table, cooling and slaughtering device, four-speed stepless speed regulation.
