How to maintain the electrical system of CNC drilling machine?

CNC drilling machine is mainly composed of bed and longitudinal sliding table, gantry and transverse sliding table, vertical ram drilling power head, chip removal machine, hydraulic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, pneumatic system and so on.

1 Maintain whether the cables and wires on the equipment are loose or damaged.

2 Maintenance equipment on the button is not loose actinium, button bump is not loose, limit switch induction distance is not suitable.

3 Maintenance Remove the dust jacket from the front of the computer.

4 Copy database files on time to prevent data loss.

5 Copy data using FDD and CD-ROMs with caution to prevent network viruses. Please kill network virus on time.

6 When common faults occur, please check and dispose in strict accordance with the regulations, and do not arbitrarily change the electrical route or software technology.
